MANUFACTURING INFRASTRUCTURE

PHARMADAX has its manufacturing facilities located in Guangdong province, China, with combined install capacity of 600 Mn tablets/year with expansion possibilities to 1.5 Bn Tablets/year. Pharmadax has access to large land pool within the facility for creating dedicated suits for other dosage forms. Each site is accompanied with full scale QC and Analytical Lab, Stability Area and Packing Line.

Lishui Facility

Facility was commissioned in 2011 and first product from the site was filed in 2012. Site has installed Capacity of manufacturing 500 M tablets per year. It is inspected by FDA Twice in 2013 (No 483) and 2016 (One 483), which exhibits our commitment to compliance and quality.

Construction: 2,900 Sq. Mts.

Heshun Facility

Facility is commissioned in 2014 with installed manufacturing capacity of 100 M tablets per year, with large expansion capabilities for other dosage forms. The site is built as per international GMP standard and approved by CFDA. This will be our flagship site for China submissions and supply. We also offer the site as alternate site in our ANDAs filed with USFDA to have it qualified at a later date.

Land Scale: 42,000 square meters.
Construction: 13,900 square meters

MANUFACTURING EQUIPMENTS

The equipment at our manufacturing sites has been qualified including the calibration of the instruments and controls maintaining the process.
